Hotel with sauna in the Allgäu
In Finland they say: “Women are at their most beautiful in the sauna”, because the original purpose of the sauna was thorough cleansing through sweating.
Log cabin sauna
You can enjoy sweating in our wooden sauna at a temperature between 85 and 90°C. You can control the temperature yourself with the height of the benches, because the higher you sit, the warmer it is.
Lights sauna
In our lights sauna, at a temperature of approximately 70 °C, you can experience an additional soothing and relaxing light display, which allows you to switch off very easily from the stress of everyday life.
Steam bath
The steam bath is a variant of the sauna with a lower temperature and higher humidity. At 45°C, it is pleasant and less stressfull on circulation. After 10 to 20 minutes of sweating, you should go straight into the shower or our ice pool.
After cooling off in the cold water plunge pool, our relaxation room is available to you. Or you can finish off by enjoying the colourful light display in our jacuzzi.
